If we receive your order by 5pm Madrid time (Central European Time) on a working day, we will normally dispatch your goods the same day.  Orders received after this time, or on a weekend or public holiday, will be sent the next working day.  If part of your order contains an item which is out of stock, we will send your entire purchase together once the item is back in stock. If you place more than one order on the same day, we may send them together in the same package.  We recommend you provide us with a mobile telephone number so the transport company can keep you informed about the status of your delivery.  Your telephone number will only be used for purposes related to your order.

When your order is dispatched, we will email you the tracking number and the name of the transport company.  Couriers will generally attempt 1 or 2 times to deliver your parcel.  If no one is at home, they will store your package at a local office for 2 weeks so that you may go and collect it.  To collect an order, photo ID will be required (passport, driving licence etc.). If nobody collects your package during these 2 weeks, it will be sent back to us as undelivered.  We will refund you the total amount less delivery and return postage costs.  To avoid your order being returned, please contact us within 7 days if you have not received your package.
