If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (excluding postage and packaging costs) provided:
- The product is returned within 60 days of receipt, is unopened and is in its original condition (including the packaging)
- You pay the cost of delivery for the return of the item to Spain. It is recommended that you use a certified and insured method of postage as we can not be held responsible for loss or damage of the product(s) in transit.
If your product is defective or damaged, please report this as soon as possible after receipt, but no later than 60 days. You may return the item and receive a full refund (including postage costs if applicable) or return the item and have a replacement product dispatched at no extra cost.
Please email us with full details of any defective or damaged products.
When a refund has been requested, this will be processed promptly but no later than 14 days from the date your returned product is received back. Refund payments will be made by the same method as the original purchase.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
